IBC : Where in response to petition filed by operational creditor under section 9, corporate debtor raised objection that parties had came to a settlement and certain amount was paid as full and final settlement amount by it to operational creditor and there was no amount pending to be paid by it, since details of email correspondence between parties, filed by operational creditor as rejoinder, showed that a final settlement was not reached between parties and invoices were continuing, instant petition was to be admitted
